摘要 Objective:Tostudythecellularimmunitystatusofpatientswithrecurrentgenitalherpes.Methods:Serumlevelsofinterlukin-2anditssolublereceptorandinterlukin-6weremeasuredbyELISAin34patientswithrecurrentgenitalherpes.Results:SerumlevelsofIL-2andIL-6weresignificantlydecreasedinpatientscomparedtohealthycontrols(P<0.01),andthelevelofsIL-2Rwassignificantlyincreasedinpatientswithrecurrentgenitalherpes(P<0.01).Therewerenosignificantdifferencesinallvariablesamongstpatientsregardingrelapsestageandremissionstage(P>0.05).Conclusion:Therewasacellularimmunedeficiencyinpatientswithrecurrentgenitalherpes.
