摘要
TheChi-Chiearthquakein1999causeddisastrouslandslides,whichtriggerednumerousdebrisflowsandkilledhundredsofpeople.Acriticalrainfallintensitylineforeachdebris-flowstreamisstudiedtopreventsuchadisaster.However,settingrainfalllinesfromincompletedataisdifficult,sothisstudyconsideredeightcriticalfactorstogroupstreams,suchthatstreamswithinaclusterhavesimilarrainfalllines.Ageneticalgorithmisappliedtogroup377debris-flowstreamsselectedfromthecenterofanareaaffectedbytheChi-Chiearthquake.Thesestreamsaregroupedintosevenclusterswithdifferentcharacteristics.Theresultsrevealthattheproposedmethodeffectivelygroupsdebris-flowstreams.
