摘要
Objective:Toseeknewmethodforthetreatmentofperipheralnerveinjury.Methods:Inratmodelwithsciaticnervedefect,chitosan-collagenfilmwassuturedintoconduittobridge5mm,10mmnervedefects.Ratsthatunderwentend-to-endanastomosisweretakenascontrols.Generalobservation,electrophysiologicalstudy,histologicalstudyandimageanalysiswereperformedat4,8,12weekspostoperatively.Results:In5mmnervedefects,thequalityofnerveregenerationwassimilartothatofthecontrolgroup.For10mmnervedefect,nerveregenerationwasinferiortothatofthecontrolgroup.Chitosan-collagenfilmobviouslydegradedat12weekspostoperatively.Conclusions:Chitosan-collagenfilmconduitcanbeusedtobridgeperipheralnervedefect.
