摘要 InChina,thedevelopmentofhumanrightsisaninherentpartofgoodgovernance,asreflectedinthefollowing:Firstly,peopleareabletoparticipateinsocialandpublicadministrationthroughexercisingtheir"democraticrights"undertheconstitution.Secondly,citizens’fundamentalhumanrightsandothercivilrightsareprotectedbylaw.Thirdly,people’srightstoknowandtoexpressareexpanding.Fourthly,theChinesegovernmentisresponsivetopeople’sdemands,readytoaccepttheirsupervision,andisdoingitsbesttoimprovetheirlivingstandard.Tomodernizegovernance,Chinamustadheretohumanrightsprinciplesbyguaranteeingpeople’srightstoparticipation,toinformationandtosupervision,andbyprotectingthefundamentalrightsofthedisadvantaged.
