WeevaluatetheablationthresholdsofEr:YAGandEr,Cr:YSGGlaserforenamelanddentin.Atotalof140dentalslicesisevenlydividedintotwogroups:thedentingroupandtheenamelgroup.DentaltissuesareirradiatedwitheitheranEr:YAGlaseroranEr,Cr:YSGGlaserwithpulsewidthsintheorderof100μs.Thelaserfluenceisincreasedgraduallyuntiltheablationcraterisformed.Thelaserablationthresholdiscalculatedusingprobitanalysis.TheablationthresholdsoftheEr:YAGlaserfordentinandenamelrangefrom2.88to3.36J/cm2andfrom2.94to3.8J/cm2,respectively,andtheablationthresholdsoftheEr,Cr:YSGGlaserfordentinandenamelrangefrom2.92to4.2J/cm2andfrom4.93to5.66J/cm2,respectively.更多还原
