摘要
IntheeraofbigdataandInternet+,asthedifficultyofpersonalinformationacquisitiondecreasesandthedegreeofpublicitybecomeshigherandhigher,whichdirectlyleadstotheabuseofpersonalinformationright,themalignantcasescausedbypersonalinformationleakagecausethedeathofthepersonbeingswindled.Underthisbackground,theregulationfortheprotectionofpersonalinformationrightinGeneralProvisionsoftheCivilLawseemstobejustintime.Thispaperanalysesthestatusofthepersonalright,systemposition,andspecificscopeofthepersonalinformationrightinGeneralProvisionsoftheCivilLaw,andexploreswaystoimprovetheprotectionofpersonalinformationrightaccordingtotheneedsofpersonalinformationuse.
