摘要
TheendangeredVaticamangachapoi,alonglived,tropicaltreewitheconomicandecologicalimportancefoundinHainan,China,wasusedtoassessthehypothesisthathistoricalhumanactivitiesinHainan’stropicalrainforestcouldhavenegativeeffectsonthegeneticdiversityofV.mangachapoi.Threehundredandtwentyindividualsfrom11naturalpopulations—whichwereclassifiedintothreegroupsaccordingtolevelsofdisturbance—weresampledandanalyzedwithISSRmarkers.AlthoughgeneticdiversityofV.mangachapoiishighatthespecieslevel,itisrelativelylowwithinpopulations.Asignificantgeneticdifferentiationoccursamongdifferentdisturbancelevels.Significantisolation-by-distanceindicatedrelevanthistoricalanthropogenicchanges.Ourfindingsshowedthathistoricalhumandisturbancessignificantlyincreasethegeneticdifferentiationandslightlydecreasethegeneticdiversityoflong-livedtreeV.mangachapoi.Relevanttargetingconservationactionswererecommended.
