摘要 Grapheneistwodimensionalmaterialswhichismadeofhoneycombedcarbonatoms.Itattractsextensiveinterestsforitswonderfulcharacteristicsthatmakethegrapheneapotentialcandidateinfieldsofmicroelectronicsproduction,moleculedetection,desalinationandDNAsequencing.Highlychargedion(HCI)hashugepotentialenergyforpeelingoffelectrons.Wheninteractingwithsolidsurface,theHCIdistortedthesolidlatticeviapotentialdepositionandthenthenanostructureswereformedonthesolidsurface.TheHCIwasexpectedasatoolforsurfacemodification.Inthiswork,HOPGandgraphemewereirradiatedwithXeq+andArq+ions.ThetypicalRamanspectraofgrapheneandHOPGirradiatedwithhighlychargedionswereshowninFig.1.TheDpeakappearedat1335cm??1onthespectraofgrapheneirradiatedwithhighlychargedions.TheintensityofDpeakincreasedwithfluence.TheratioofintensityofDpeaktothatofGpeakvariedwithfluenceinFig.2.Theratioroselinearlywiththesquarerootoffluencewhenfluencewaslow.Theratiosaturatedwhentheirradiationfluencewashigh.Thecriticalfluencedependedonthechargestateofion.Thehigherchargestateitwas,thelowercriticalfluenceitwouldbe.
