摘要
Weinvestigatetheoreticallythetemperatureeffectsontheevolutionofbothbrightanddarkscreening-photovoltaicopticalspatialsolitonsinbiasedphotovoltaic-photocefractivecrystalsinthecaseofneglectingthediffusionprocess.Forastablebrightordarkscreening-photovoltaicsolitonoriginallyformedinacrystalatagiventemperature,whenthecrystaltemperaturechanges,itwillevolveintoanotherstablescreening-photovoltaicsolitonifthechangeisquitesmall,whereasitwillbecomeunstableorbreakdownifthetemperaturechangeislargeenough.Thespatialshapeofastablescreening-photovoltaicsolitoncanbereshapedbyappropriatelyadjustingthecrystaltemperature.
