Effect of temperature on the evolution of bright and dark screening—photovoltaic spatial solitons

摘要 Weinvestigatetheoreticallythetemperatureeffectsontheevolutionofbothbrightanddarkscreening-photovoltaicopticalspatialsolitonsinbiasedphotovoltaic-photocefractivecrystalsinthecaseofneglectingthediffusionprocess.Forastablebrightordarkscreening-photovoltaicsolitonoriginallyformedinacrystalatagiventemperature,whenthecrystaltemperaturechanges,itwillevolveintoanotherstablescreening-photovoltaicsolitonifthechangeisquitesmall,whereasitwillbecomeunstableorbreakdownifthetemperaturechangeislargeenough.Thespatialshapeofastablescreening-photovoltaicsolitoncanbereshapedbyappropriatelyadjustingthecrystaltemperature.
