THE CHARACTERIZATION OF SILVER SUBCOLLOID USED IN SURFACE ENHANCED RAMAN SPECTROSCOPY-中国期刊网

摘要 Aclearlight-yellowsilversolwhichhasthevisiblespectralabsorptionat390nm,whenadsorbedphenylmercaptotetrazole(PMT)ormercaptobenzothiazole(MBT),hasanewabsorptionat510-550nm.ItwasfoundthattheadsorptionofhalideionscompeteswithPMTandMBT.However,halideionshaveacompletelydifferentinfluencefromPMTandMBTonthespectralabsorptionofthesilversol.Thedifferencesmayresultfromthechangeofthepropertiesofthesurfaceofthesilversubcolloidalparticlesandfromthebondformscombiningadsorbateswiththesubstrates.
