摘要
Inelectroplatinglines,manyconductorrollsareinstalledinelectroplatingbath.Typicalelectroplatingsaretinplating(ETL)andzincplating(EGL),andfromrequiredproductqualities,averticalcellfortheformerandahorizontalcellforthelatterisoftenused.Generally,chromeplatingorWCcermetthermalspraycoatingisappliedtostainlesssteelconductorrollinETLforprolongingservicelifebyimprovementofwearresistanceandcorrosionresistance.Ontheotherhand,HastelloytypealloysubstrateisusedforconductorrollsinEGLduetoseverecorrosionenvironmentofelectroplatingsolution.Thermalspraycoatingiseffectiveforreducingwear,buttherearemanycaseswherethecoatingcannotcompleteexpectedservicelifewhencorrosionbecomesanissue.Inthisstudy,thermalspraycoatingforETLconductorrollanddevelopmentofthecoatingforEGLconductorrolltomeetexpectedservicelifearedescribed.
