摘要
Thecorrosionofrefractoriesresultsfromreactivetransport,namely,transportofagentsandchemicalreactionsoftheseagentswithimpregnatedmedium.Ononehand,thetransportinvolveseitherdiffusionorimpregnationdependingonthestateofthecorrosiveagentsandthemicrostructureofthehostmedia.Ontheotherhand,chemicalreactionsmaybeverynumerousandcomplex.ThisstudyfocusedonthereactiveimpregnationofAl2O3-CaOslagintoporoushighaluminarefractory.Thetransportpropertiesoftherefractorymaterialwereidentifiedbymeansofadedicatedcapillaryrisingtest.ChemicalreactionsbetweenthesolidhighaluminaskeletonandAl2O3-CaOslaginvolvesuccessivedissolution/precipitationmechanismsformingaluminatesoflime.Contrarytothethermodynamicpropertiesofthebinarysystem,thekineticsofthesesolid/liquidreactionsisnotwellknown.Corrosiontestsassociatedwiththequenchingmethod,XRDanalyseswereperformedforabetterunderstandingofthekinetics.Theresultsofthisstudyopenupacouplingapproachforpredictingthecorrosionwearofrefractory.
