A Finite Difference Scheme for Solving the Undamped Timoshenko Beam Equations with Both Ends Free-中国期刊网

摘要 Inthispaper,aboundaryfeedbacksystemofaclassofnon-uniformundampedTimoshenkobeamwithbothendsfreeisconsidered.Alinearizedthree-leveldifferenceschemefortheTimoshenkobeamequationsisderivedbythemethodofreductionoforderonuniformmeshes.Theuniquesolvability,unconditionalstabilityandconvergenceofthedifferenceschemeareprovedbythediscreteenergymethod.Theconvergenceorderinmaximumnormisofordertwoinbothspaceandtime.Thevalidityofthistheoreticalanalysisisverifiedexperimentally.
