摘要
Heterosisistheuniversalphenomenainnature,anditsformationmechanismhasbeenthefocusofresearch.Onthisbasis,anumberoftheoreticalhypotheseshavebeenproposedforthereasonofheterosis,suchasthedominancehypothesis,epistaticeffect,generegulationnetworks,etc.Forthepastyears,manyresearchershaveattemptedtoelaboratethemechanismofheterosisatphysiological&biochemicallevelandmolecularlevel.Theresultsshowedheterosisplantshaveastrongerphotosyntheticcapacity,relativelywell-developedtissuesandgreateradaptionandbufferingabilitytoexternalenvironment.Theheterosisisoftenmorepronouncedinrelativelylowlight,lowtemperatureandlowCO2concentration.Inaddition,geneticdistance,differencesingeneexpressionandDNAmethylationareallcloselyrelatedwithheterosis.Thisstudyreviewedresearchresultsofforestryandagriculture,anddiscussedthefutureresearchdirectionofthisfield.
