Middle ear reconstruction estimated by recurrence plot technique

摘要 Middleearsurgerytechniqueshaveenabledtoimprovehearingdestroyedbyadisease.Despitehugeimprovementininstrumentationandtechniquestheresultsofhearingimprovementsurgeryarestilldifficulttopredict.ThispaperpresentstheresultsofvibrationsmeasurementsinahumanmiddleearobtainedattheMedicalUniversityofLublin.Vibrationsofthestapesinthecaseoftheintactossicularchain,aftercementincusrebuildingandincusinterpositionsarecomparedeachother.Inthisaimanewapproachofossiclesvibrationsobservationisintroducedinordertocompleteinformationobtainedfromclassicalapproachwhichbasesonthetransferfunction.Measurementsofossicularchainvibrationsareperformedonfreshhumantemporalbonespecimenusingthelaserdopplervibrometer.Next,afterclassicalresearch,theextendedanalysiswiththerecurrenceplotstechniqueisperformed.
