摘要
ThesecondaryusageofspectrumhasbeeninvestigatedinCognitiveRadio(CR)networktoresolvingthespectrumscarcityissueinwirelesscommunication.WhenPrimaryUsers(PU)whoownthespectrumappear,spectrumhandoffisneededtomaintainthecommunicationsofSecondaryUsers.ButthedecisionmakingofspectrumhandoffisachallengeissueforCRnetwork,becausetheinputofdecisionmaking,whichobtainthroughspectrumsensing,isheterogeneousandinexact.Inthispaperwewillusefuzzylogiccontroltheorytosolvethisissueandmakeuseofnewinformationforhandoffoperation:theprobabilityofPU'soccupancyatacertainchannel.Ournewalgorithmcanmakemoreintelligentdecisioncomparedtosimpletraditionalspectrumhandoffdecisionmakingandreducetheprobabilityofspectrumhandoff,alsotheperformanceofSU'scommunicationcanbeenhanced.
