摘要
Theeffectofweldingjigontheweldingstressandbucklingdistortionofthinaluminumplatejointswassimulatedbyfiniteelementmethod(FEM).Theresultsshowthattherestraintdistanceandtheheatconductionabilityofthefixturedohaveessentialeffectsontheresidualstressanddistortion.Theresidualcompressivestressanddistortionwillbeincreasingwiththeincreaseoftherestraintdistance,whiletheresidualcompressivestressanddistortionwillbedecreasingwiththeincreaseoftheheatconductionabilityofthefixture.
