摘要
摘要目的探讨在治疗急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎时的临床护理方法和效果.方法从２０１４年１月至２０１５年１月来我院治疗急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎的患者中选出３１例,对患者的护理方法和护理效果进行研究.结果在经过３个月治疗和护理后,３１例患者中有２７例顺利出院,另外４例患者需要进一步强化护理和治疗,患者对护理工作的满意度为９３．５５％(２９/３１).结论在治疗急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎过程中,应对患者采用合理的护理干预措施,提升整体治疗效果.关键词急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎;护理干预;满意度NursingCareofAcuteViralHepatitisWuMingxiaShouguangCityPeople＇sHospitalinShandongProvince,２６２７００AbstractobjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicalnursingmethodandeffectofthetreatmentofacutejaundicehepatitis．MethodsfromJanuary２０１４toJanuary２０１５,３１casesofpatientswithacutejaundicehepatitiswereselected,andthenursingmethodandeffectofnursingwerestudied．Resultsafter３monthsoftreatＧmentandnursing,３１patientsweredischarged,４patientsneedtofurtherstrengthenthecareandtreatment,thepatient＇ssatisfactionwithnursingworkwas９３．５５％(２９/３１)．ConclusioninthetreatmentofacutejaundicehepatitisBvirusintheprocess,theuseofreasonablenursinginterventionmeasurestoimprovetheoＧveralltKreeyatwmoerdnsteffect．acutejaundicehepatitis;nursingintervention;satisfactiondegree中图分类号R４７３．５文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－１４６０－０２
