摘要
Objective:Tostudytheoccurrenceanddevelopmentofprimarysyphilisfromamorphologicalandstructuralaspect.Results:Thepathologicalchangesofsyphiliticchancreoccurmainlyinthedermallayer,manifestedaspartialthinningorlysisofthecapillarybasalmembrane,proliferationofcapillaryendothelialcells,thickeningofsomecollagenfibersandruptureofcollagenfiberssurroundingT.pallidum,structuraldisruptionoftheaxonsofterminalnerves,disarrangementofthesheathofthemyelinatednervefiberswithseparationoflaminaeandtheattachmentofT.pallidumonitsoutermembrane,appearanceofslightlyswollenT.pallidumintheplasmaofthecapillaryendothelialcellsandfibroblasts,andinfiltrationofneutrophils,macrophagesandplasmacellscontainingT.pallidumanditsdebrisfrequentlylinedbyaclearsheath.Conclusion:Thepathogenesisandinjuryofmechanisminprimarysyphiliscanbeexplainedmorphologicallybyitscharacteristicultrastructuralpathologicalchanges.
