摘要 ThispaperseekstodemonstratethatintheInter-Americanhumanrightssystem,thereisaformofmultilevelhumanrightsprotection.Todoso,anumberofinstitutionswherethisprotectionispresentarereviewed.Inaddition,regulatoryandpracticalbaseshavingmadethisformofprotectionpossibleareoutlined.Lastly,theissueoftherelationshipproducedatthelevelofthejudiciaryfromthismultileveldiscussionbetweennationalandinternationalsystemsisdiscussed.
