摘要
Thispapercombinestheperspectiveofco-evolutionwithstudiesintheareaofbusinessmodel,revealsthephenomenonofbusinessmodelco-evolutionandexploresthebusinessmodelcoevolutionmechanismbetweenfirmsthroughacasestudy.Findingsandwhatothercompaniescanlearnfromthisstudyareasfollows.Firstly,companies,beitleadersornot,canactasenablersforotherparty’sbusinessmodelinnovation.Secondly,companiescanenableeachother’sbusinessmodelinnovationbytakingtheperspectiveofbusinessmodelco-evolution;Thirdly,theinterdependenceofthebusinessmodelco-evolutionprocesscanbeexplainedbythefourleversnamednovelty,lock-in,complementarityandefficiency.Companiescanselectnovelty,lock-in,complementarity,efficiencyorthecombinationofthefourasmediatorstoachievebusinessmodelco-evolution.
