China's'BeltandRoad'initiativeisemergingastheWesterndominatedworldorderisdeclining.Capitalismhasintensifiedtherichpoordivideandpowerpoliticshaveledtogreatupheavals.Westernvalueshavecauseda'valuedislocation'fornon-Westerncountries.Theworldiscallingfornewdevelopmentconcepts.The'BeltandRoad'initiativehasemergedasananswer.ItembodiesChina'sideasonglobaldevelopment.First,itworksforthe'commonprosperity'ofeverycountry,whichwilleasecontradictionsbetweentheSouthandtheNorth.Second,itemphasizesgeo-economicintegrationthatwillhealthefragmentationofEurasia.Third,itadvocateslinkagesbetweenpeopleandinclusivenesstocreateanewkindofcivilization.However,manydifficultiesandchallengeslieaheadfortheimplementationofthe'BeltandRoad'initiative.
