Temperature and metal composition dependence of lateral photovoltaic effect in Al-Alq3/SiO2//Si structures

摘要 AseriesofAlx-(Alq3)1-xgranularfilmsispreparedonSiwaferwithnativeoxidelayerusingco-evaporationtechnique.Largelateralphotovoltaiceffect(LPE)isobserved,withanoptimalLPVsensitivityof75mV/mminx=0.35sample.ThedependenceofLPEontemperatureandAlcompositionisinvestigated,andthepossiblemechanismisdiscussed.
